Hi! My name is Cindy, I have a doctorate degree in neuroscience where I studied mental health and emotions. I am the founder of Curious Neuron and my mission is to help parents nurture their well-being.
Taking the time to reflect is an important part of nurturing our emotional well-being and strengthening relationships in our lives (including the one with ourselves!)
Some parents want to journal but don't know where to start. These reflection prompts will help you gain some perspective on various aspects of your life.
Each section gives you some questions you can ask to get to the root of the issue. There are some book recommendations, references to science articles and activities.
